Terms of Use

Last updated: October 16, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at perkmva.com and the related lead-generation services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Perk Practical (“Perk MVA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

The Service is intended for licensed attorneys and law firms, acting in a business capacity, that are capable of handling motor-vehicle-accident (“MVA”) matters. By using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of your firm.

2. The Service

Perk MVA provides pre-qualified, exclusive MVA leads and related case-acquisition services to law firms. Perk MVA is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not form an attorney-client relationship with any claimant. We are not a lawyer referral service, and nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation of, or vouching for, any attorney or firm. You are solely responsible for evaluating, contacting, retaining, and representing any lead in accordance with applicable law and your professional obligations.

3. No guarantee of results

Any figures, projections, calculators, or sample outcomes shown on the Service are illustrative estimates only and are not guarantees of volume, signed cases, revenue, or results. Actual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

4. Your compliance obligations

You are responsible for ensuring that your intake, contact, advertising, and solicitation practices comply with all applicable laws and rules, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state bar advertising and solicitation rules, and applicable privacy laws. You agree to use leads only for lawful purposes and only for the engagement for which they are provided.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, or share leads except as permitted; (b) use the Service to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or (d) misrepresent your identity or eligibility.

6. Fees

Fees, deposits, and program terms (including any credit or replacement policy) are set out in the separate agreement or order you enter into with us. Those commercial terms control over any pricing shown for illustration on the website.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Perk Practical and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended business purpose. All other rights are reserved.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party tools (for example, scheduling, analytics, advertising, and chat providers). Your use of those features may be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any lead will result in a signed case.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perk Practical and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perk Practical from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your contact with or representation of leads, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless otherwise required by law.
